What is Awakening Woman?
Awakening Woman is a space to soften old protections, reclaim the parts of yourself you left behind, awaken your inner power, and reconnect with the feminine essence that has always lived within you.
It is not a workshop you attend and forget. It is a journey that unfolds over nine months — long enough for change to stop being an idea and start becoming the way you live.
Each weekend opens one archetype of the feminine. Between the weekends, you are held by your sisters, your buddy and integration calls. At the end, the Sacred Initiation invites you to cross the threshold into the woman you are becoming.

Spanish Taster · One day
6 February 2027 · Held in Spanish
€150 — paid in full to book your place.
Includes meals, a Zoom follow-up and personal follow-up. Accommodation is not included, but it can be arranged if you're travelling from further away. Hours: 11:00 – 19:00, with a short break in between.
English Taster · Full weekend
19–21 March 2027 · Held in English
€450 — a €150 deposit secures your place. Early Commitment: €400 when you pay the full amount by 31 December 2026.
A full weekend, designed for women travelling to Barcelona from further away. Includes accommodation (you're welcome to stay the night before and the night we close, at no extra cost), meals, a Zoom follow-up and personal follow-up. Friday 11:00 – Sunday 19:00.

A seven-day retreat held in the wild beauty of Soul Sanctuary, overlooking the Mediterranean.
A space to integrate everything the journey has opened, to be fully witnessed by your sisters, and to cross the threshold into the woman you are becoming.

Where it happens
Soul Sanctuary
Soul Sanctuary is a 100-year-old Swiss wooden house between the mountains and the sea in Caldes d'Estrac, just outside Barcelona.
It is not a conference centre. It is a home — wood, gardens, nature, warmth, and space to breathe. A place where the outside world grows quiet enough for you to hear something inside.
Getting there: Caldes d'Estrac is easy to reach by train from Barcelona airport or the city centre — check Google Maps for the best connection on your day. You can also take an Uber from the airport, or the bus into central Barcelona and an Uber from there. Or simply ask me: I work with local taxi drivers who offer good prices.

Language: English, with Spanish translation support whenever it's needed.

- €300 deposit — paid after our call — reserves your place in the journey and is deducted from the Sacred Initiation payment
Awakening Woman is a full commitment. By reserving your place, you commit to all seven weekends and the Sacred Initiation.
Payment: each €650 weekend is paid before you arrive for that weekend. Your €300 deposit is deducted from your Sacred Initiation payment, and becomes non-refundable once the journey has begun.
There is no early pricing for the full journey. Early Commitment pricing applies to the English Taster only.
Flexible pricing is available if finances are a concern. Please mention it on our call — money should not be the only reason you don't come.

Cancellation policy
Full journey and English Taster
- Cancel 2 months or more before the start date: your deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancel between 2 months and 2 weeks before: your deposit is not refunded, but you can keep it as credit for a future Awakening Woman journey or Taster within 12 months, or pass your place to another woman after a call with me.
- Cancel less than 2 weeks before: no refund. You can still pass your place to another woman after a call with me.
Spanish Taster
- Cancel 3 weeks or more before: the full €150 is refunded.
- Cancel less than 3 weeks before: no refund.

Meet your guide
I'm Elisabeth Serra.
For more than four decades I have followed one question: what allows life to move freely through a human being, and what interrupts it?
My path began in dance and the body, and moved through theatre, Tibetan Buddhism, psychotherapy, sexuality, relationship and trauma. I lived in India for nine years, trained as a psychosynthesis therapist and worked in private practice in England for fifteen years. I later co-founded Social Alchemy and created Authentic Ecstasy, my body of work with women, men, couples and facilitators.
I am not a saviour or a guru. I am a guide who helps you remember what you already know.

Can I try the work before committing?
Yes. Join the one-day Spanish Taster on 6 February 2027 (€150) or the English Taster weekend on 19–21 March 2027 (€450).
Do I need previous experience?
No. The journey welcomes women at any stage. What matters is your willingness to be present and honest with yourself.
Do I have to attend every weekend?

How do I reserve my place?
Book a 15-minute call first. The €300 deposit is paid after the call, once we both feel it's right for you to join. It is deducted from your Sacred Initiation payment.
Is there an early-booking price?
Not for the full journey. Early Commitment pricing (€400 instead of €450, paid in full by 31 December 2026) applies to the English Taster only.
What if I can't afford the full price?
Flexible pricing is available. Bring it up on our call and we will look at it together.
What is the cancellation policy?
For the journey and the English Taster: cancel 2 months or more before the start and your deposit is refunded in full; between 2 months and 2 weeks, it becomes credit or you can pass your place to another woman; under 2 weeks, there is no refund. The Spanish Taster is fully refundable up to 3 weeks before.
